“If only we could pick your brains for a few hours!”
We’ve heard that many times. Now we’re doing exactly that.
Your questions set the agenda
Do we have an AI strategy, or just an AI slide deck?
AI,AI,AI!WTF isgoing on?
We live and breathe AI and put the technology through its paces every day. After an hour with us, you’ll know more than most people in your industry. The rest is up to you.
How it works
One question at a time. Your questions set the agenda.
You ask the questions, we answer them, and it moves fast! Panel debate, conversation, training: call it whatever you like. 60–90 minutes, on site with you. We bring knowledge, real-world experience and our own take on how AI is changing everything.
No two sessions are the same
What do you want to know?
Why does management keep talking about AI and never do anything?
Are we already too late?
Should we build it ourselves or buy it?
01
The ground rules.
We start by explaining how it works. Anyone can ask questions, push back and chip in.
02
Today’s focus.
Scan the QR code and type your question. Read it out yourself or send it in anonymously. There are no stupid questions. We answer, and we get you thinking.
03
One question at a time.
The question drops onto the screen and the clock starts ticking. Three, two, one, zero. Next!
04
We take a stand.
We’ve seen most things before. We say what we think, and sometimes we don’t agree with each other. Think we’re wrong? Say so. And keep the questions coming.
From “are we all going to die?” to “which model should we use?”
The questions are all over the place. As they should be. One person is afraid AI will take over, another that their data will leak, a third wants to build an agent that finds new customers. We take every one of them seriously and give straight answers. No sales pitch. No PowerPoint.
What you take home
01
The hype falls away.
You see straight away what’s real and what’s just sales talk.
02
Fear loses its grip.
The unknown becomes understandable. And what you understand, you can handle.
03
You know what you don’t know.
That’s where it all starts. Now you know which questions will take you further, and how to ask them.
04
You spot the pitfalls before you fall in.
We’ve watched plenty of companies fall in. We’ll show you where the holes are.
Everyone’s talking about AI. So are we. We’ve stood in front of thousands of people, trained hundreds of companies and helped them put AI to work for real. That’s why we know where things tend to get stuck. The hard part is rarely the answers. The hard part is knowing which questions to ask.
Same question. Two perspectives.
We’re not on stage because we’ve read about AI. We work with it every day, at companies like yours, and we both know it inside out. Anna comes at it from business and leadership, Mathias from technology. On our own, we’re good. Together, we’re hard to beat.
Anna Willstedt
Co-founder of Mindact · Innovator of the Year 2025
She has run department stores, developed business methods that bring in millions and built AI agents. She knows what it’s like to be the one accountable when change has to work in the real world. Every week she sits in management teams’ meeting rooms and sees the difference between companies that polish the old ways and companies that turn everything on its head. She’ll tell you straight when an AI strategy is just a pretty slide deck. And she leads the network Kvinnor leder AI (Women Lead AI).
Mathias Karlsson
Co-founder of Mindact · 25 years in tech
He has sold the systems, set the strategy, developed the solutions and led change in global companies. Code in his veins, and a brain that always finds a better way. He knows what it’s like when technology promises more than it delivers, and above all how to make it deliver. He tries out everything new himself, every day: what he shows on stage, he was doing yesterday. He has been called both a professional sceptic and everyone’s favourite tech psychologist.
“We’ve had Mathias from Mindact with us several times now, for different audiences, and every time the audience has been just as fascinated.”
Fredrik Johansson, DS Smith
“Very good talk on AI. Well prepared and enthusiastically delivered by Anna.”

For organisers
What you’ll want to know before you book.
Works for
On stage
At the kick-off, the conference or the trade fair.
For leadership
Behind closed doors. In confidence and straight to the point.
For your people
For understanding, know-how and a stronger shared capability.
For your customers
At the customer event, the after-work drinks or the industry days.
Does the audience need to know anything about AI?
No. The questions come from them, so the level is theirs. We explain whatever is needed along the way.
What if hardly anyone asks a question?
They will. The topic sparks questions, and anyone can send one in anonymously from their phone. We also always bring questions we know are on people’s minds.
How do you tailor it to us?
We have our own format, with topics we usually cover. Before each session we talk to you and adapt the topics to your audience and what you want them to take away. Your questions do the rest.
What do we need to arrange on site?
Two microphones, preferably headsets, a screen for the questions and an internet connection, so the audience can send in questions from their phones.
How many people can take part?
As many as you like. It works just as well for a management team as for a packed conference hall.
How far will you travel?
Anywhere in Sweden. We come to you.
Can it be done online?
No. The live conversation happens on site, in the same room as you.
In Swedish or English?
Whichever you prefer.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Try us. Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format and the travel. Tell us about your event and we’ll get back to you with a plan and a price.
Everyone’s talking about AI.
We’re answering.
You leave with answers, a few lightbulb moments and a clear direction.
